We’re excited to share more about a proposed addition and a long range Master Plan designed to support the mission and ministry of Oskaloosa Christian School for years to come.
This plan is about more than adding space. It’s about creating an environment that continues to meet the needs of our students, teachers, and families while providing opportunities for OC to grow and serve our community well into the future. The Master Plan includes three phases of development, each designed to directly benefit our students and strengthen our school for the years ahead.
After much discussion and prayer, the OC Board has unanimously agreed to move forward with Phase 1 of the Master Plan. We’re looking forward to sharing what that first phase would include and how it fits into the bigger picture for OC.
We invite all OC parents and Society members to join us for one of two upcoming Town Hall Meetings in the school gym:
• Thursday, September 24 • 6:00 PM
• Monday, September 28 • 6:00 PM
These evenings will be a chance to hear the details of the proposed addition and Master Plan, understand the vision behind Phase 1, and ask questions. Most importantly, we want our school community to have the opportunity to see where we believe God is leading Oskaloosa Christian School in the years ahead.
Following the Town Hall Meetings, a Special Society Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 29 at 6:00 PM. At this meeting, Society members will have the opportunity to vote on moving forward with Phase 1 of the Master Plan.
Your partnership allows us to look beyond today and prepare for what God has in store for Oskaloosa Christian School tomorrow. As we look toward the future, we aren’t simply improving a building or expanding programs. We’re creating opportunities for students to receive an excellent education, grow in their faith, and become effective disciples of Jesus Christ.
Every investment in OC is ultimately an investment in students. It helps us provide spaces where they can learn, discover their gifts, build meaningful relationships, and be equipped to serve and lead with confidence and purpose.
